It is approx. 8-3/8 inches wide X 7 inches high opened up (21.3 cm. X 17.7 cm.) and is in very good condition–there are no tears or stains, but there is a crease apparent on the reverse from being folded in half when mailed, and the textual advertising reverse is almost completely free of any signs of glue. The edges are sharp, the image is wonderful; printed by ‘Gies & Co., Buffalo, NY.’
This is a great oversized 2-page trade card folder for John Dodds (out of Dayton, Ohio) for their Gem hay rake showing on one side the rake itself in red, while on the other it shows a farm scene with two men and a woman raking hay by hand and piling it on a horse-drawn wagon.
